Follow these simple steps!
1. Check out whether your event is suitable by reading our call for participation and exhibition press release. Does your event sound like what we're looking for?
2. Check out the Gallery 1 calendar to find a date and time that the gallery is available for booking, to decide which date you'd like to hold your event.
3. *Very important!* Read the Gallery 1 FAQ to check that your expectation of the space available meets what we've got on offer - and come visit the space itself, if you can!
4. Download the booking pack and fill out the forms - we won't be able to book you in unless you give us thess forms!
5. Email the completed forms to info@fact.co.uk and, if all looks in order, we'll put you on the calendar and send you an email to confirm.
*PLEASE NOTE* that our Front of House staff are quite busy and though they love to help, it may take up to one week to get back to you with any requests. If you still have questions about the space, it's best if you come in and check it out yourself - talk to a Gallery Assistant on duty and see what it looks like. We're excited to be booking in lots and lots of groups so our inboxes may be a bit overwhelmed - come to the gallery during opening hours to see us in the gallery instead!
