I am starting to resurrect my proposal for a THIRD LIVER BIRD, full- size, at ground level, as a work of public art, as a tourist attraction, and to commemorate the CENTENARY OF THE LIVER BUILDING BIRDS IN 2011 - THE YEAR OF THE LIVER BIRD.

main -stage, with a PowerPoint, models and large photos on show, CD-roms available, and “consciousness-raising” leaflets and flyers for the general public.
